Professor Cecilia Vesonay (born 1980) is a pure-blood witch, that hates Muggle-borns and is part of the Anti-Mudbloods society. She was,predictably,sorted into Slytherin,and got on very well with Draco Malfoy and Pansy Parkinson
She thinks that those who have not a drop of magical blood inside them should not be admitted to Hogwarts. She supported the Ministry's views and left the country when Kingsley Shacklebolt became Minister.
Eventually, she remembered that Hogwarts was her home and had been her home since the age of eleven, and asked Prof.Hermione Davila-Hooks,the Headmistress, for a teaching post.
Her request was granted and she became History of Magic Professor.
